How it works
Tell the assistant what you pay for, or let it read a statement, and get a guided review of every recurring app payment.
1. Tell the assistant what you pay for
Name an app and roughly what it costs you a month. No account, no upload and no bank login. The assistant starts working on whatever you can remember, straight away.
2. Add a statement for the full picture
Recommended, not required. Your list covers the apps you remember; a bank statement finds the ones you don't: trials that rolled over, plans someone else set up, apps you stopped opening years ago. Upload a PDF, CSV or Excel statement with anything private deleted first. Three months gives the best result, because a payment has to repeat before we can call it recurring.
The scan looks exclusively for recurring app, software, SaaS, streaming and subscription payments. It extracts the app name, date, amount and recurrence pattern, and nothing else. Your raw statement is deleted the moment extraction finishes. No bank login, no passwords, no PINs, no OTPs, at any point.
3. Review in the guided chat
The assistant walks you through each app with its monthly and annual cost, and tells you what it would do. For every app you choose: keep, cancel, downgrade or replace. For a payment off your statement you don't recognise, you can flag it to follow up.
4. Act without leaving the page
You get cancellation steps, an editable cancellation message you can send as-is, downgrade guidance, and the option to test a cheaper focused tool, while keeping your current app running until the replacement proves itself.
What a general chatbot can't do
Spotting subscriptions is the easy part. The rest is the product.
- We migrate you. A chatbot names an alternative. We set the cheaper tool up and move you across, with the old app still running until the new one earns its place. Advice doesn't cancel anything.
- Your statement isn't a chat log. To do this in a general assistant you'd paste the whole thing: balances, salary, every person you pay. We read recurring app payments only, then delete the file.
Why it's free
Charging you to find savings cancels out the savings. Cut what you don't use, keep what's critical, and move the rest to the same outcome for less. We only make money if you choose to have us build the replacement.
You're probably paying twice
Apps go redundant quietly. Two note apps, three storage plans, an AI subscription that already does what a separate tool charges you for. We find the overlap and centralise the work into something you're already paying for. Fewer tools, same output, lower bill.
